You only need 4 things to Register:
1. Registration Form (one per team)
You can use the one found on the back of the flier.
You can fill one out on Saturday at the Registration table.
You can fill one out when you REGISTER ONLINE.
2. Waiver Form (one per player)
You can PRINT ONE right here. (bottom of page)
You can fill one out on Saturday at the Registration table.
3. Proof of Age
Bring a drivers license, copy of your birth certificate, or any document that shows your birthdate.
4. Registration Fee (Select tournaments are free. Please click on your city from home page for details.)
The fee is $10 per person
You can complete your Registration 2 ways:
Bring your fee, waiver form (or complete on Saturday) and proof of age and you are all set.
2. Register Saturday (open registration until 11:30 am)
